Still feeling great. I am craving fruit and eating giant bowls of berries. Why are they so good right now? I don't think they are in season.
The hospital bag is packed and so is Olivia's bag. There's a good chance my parents won't make it on time and Dan will be entertaining Olivia in the waiting room while I deliver this child. But what can you do?
I'm feeling pretty ready for this baby.
Excluding the name front. We don't even have a list. We toss around names. And we'll agree that a name is pretty and then a few weeks later one person no longer likes the name at all. We at least had 5 first names going into the hospital with Olivia. This time could be interesting. It's just so hard for me to name a baby that isn't here yet.
I have been having the same addiction to berries!! and have been so confused because the blueberries have been delicious but I am positive they are not in season!
ReplyDeleteAww, hope your parents get there in time! I'm sure you'll see her and just KNOW her name.
ReplyDeleteLooking great!! Green is definitely your color :) I just stocked up on berries at the store tonight. Wish they were a little cheaper, but baby gets what baby wants. Sounds like you're ready for #2!! I can totally relate to your Dan waiting with Olivia in the waiting room while you deliver this child scenario... My parents are two hours away so I'm hoping everything just magically works out for them to be here in time. If not, guess Kevin will be doing the same so tell Dan to take notes :) I have a feeling that you're going to meet little miss and her name will just come to you! Well I hope it's that easy anyway :)
ReplyDeleteAhhhh 37! Holy cow, you're about to have a BABY!!! I'm destroying our grocery budget on fruit right now as well, hah I figure it's better this than stocking my freezer with ice cream or something though! HA! Naming kids is the hardest thing ever. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you get closer and CLOSER to meeting little girlfriend!
ReplyDeleteYou look great!! We had to take Neland with us when Teague was born - it was 3am. The whole way there he asked, "Are you happy mommy?" and was in awe of all the lights on in the middle of the night. During the important stuff nurses would take him into the hallway and give him lollipops! My parents made it to the hospital with a little less than a hour before delivery! The good news was Neland met Teague just a few minutes after he was born (and then slept the rest of the morning ;) ) - so it's not all bad if she comes :).
