Eight Months - Olivia, Emma & Sloan

Sloan - Eight Months

Sleep: Still sleeping through the night. 1.5-2 hour nap in the afternoons.

Eating: Still 5 bottles a day, plus 3solids. This girl loves to eat!

Milestones: She started rolling over! Finally! This chunky monkey thinks she super cool with her rolling skills. She also likes to stand and play with toys while we make sure she doesn't fall. She actually seems ready to be on the move. If only her chunky self would catch up with her mind.

Clothes / Diapers: 12-18 months. Which is crazy. She's a chunker for sure. But I do think she is evening out and not quite as large for her age. 

Best Moment of the Month: Definitely rolling over. She's so proud of herself. And she just loves to be on the move. We also wondered if she would ever roll over - and are glad she's just a little lazier than her sisters - rather than anything bigger.

Parent of the Month: This one goes to me because I can't think of anything!

Favorites: Happiest baby! She just lights up when she sees Olivia. These two have such a special bond - and I love watching it unfold. Neither Dan nor I can make Sloan light up like Olivia can. 

Emma's third birthday party!

Emma wanted a Peppa Pig party and she wanted it to be at the same place as Olivia's party - the bouncy house place. I found her sweet dress on Amazon. After I ordered, I realized that it wouldn't be here until after her party - so I ordered another that would be here on time. Planning to return the original, they both arrived on time, and Olivia insisted on matching. So here they both are in their 3T peppa pig dresses :)

Another super easy party in a room full of bouncy houses. The kids played, the adults drank beer, and then pizza and cake and someone else cleaned up. Not exactly Pinterest worthy, but super easy!

Our local balloon place was out of both Peppa Pig and all number 3 balloons. So Gigi convinced Emma this was such a cool balloon. It actually lasted over a week and Emma was thrilled. 

We had such a fun day celebrating Emma. And she told us that she was planning to have her 4th birthday very soon, and then her 5th just a few days after. ;) Love this spicy little girl.
